I hit a wall and needed body work. They quote $3000. They raised the price to $7000 by the end of it all, took 6 days to tell me this, and still charged me $300 for zip ties to hold my bumper on, not even away from the tire!
Later, I sell the car and he gets it fixed for $1500, paint, parts and labor.
I wouldn't have sold my car had I known they were screwing me because of my AFB reference.

Slow.. take twice as long to do a job any competent body shop can do..can't keep or make a commitment to save their lives.. Will flat out LIE to you on the phone.. I caught them in several . Work isn't any better than any other shop..

Moms 94 Ford Taurus: Incorrect gap between front fascia and bumper after repair. Took a week longer than promised. Insurance paid the bill.
Brothers 95 F-body: Poor hood to nose alignment after repair. Took 12 days longer than promised. Insurance paid the bill.
Fathers 98 Ford Explorer (in absolute mint condition prior to wreck): Tried to total car that needed only a fender and a door. Finally agreed to paint and install used door and fender after a lot of back and forth arguing. Electrical gremlins after we got the truck back, however this could be a Ford issue. Truck had zero electrical gremlins before accident. Insurance paid the bill.
Inquired about body work on my 74 'bird and was told "That's a project car, sorry can't help you." Then they went on to tell me how they would love to buy the car and restore it in their shop.
Simply refused to do body work on my 85 Monte Carlo. When asked for a quote was told "Uh I dunno, five thousand dollars." in a very sarcastic tone. Other shops quoted me less than half for the same body work including rust repair and frame mods.

Took car in for rattle, ended up being starter housing broken into area of flywheel. No problems with flywheel or any other parts but transmission. They were complete A$#Holes the entire time, and wanted to charge me 565 dollars to change a STARTER!!! Told them forget it(in not so nice of words) and did it myself for 100.

ASSHOLES!!!! No customer service at ALL. Try to screw over all their customers. Its just a money hungry shop that could care less about anybody but themselves. Please don't give them business. Worst experience at any auto shop i have ever been to.

My 94 civic had a broken exhaust (rusted)...they asked for $960 for stock replacement + labor...I got an aftermarket one for $200.
Their customer service is very bad also...the cashier talks to customers like they owe him money or something. And they wont let you pass inspection without buying something stupid like wiper blades that cost half as much anywhere else. Bad business period.
